There was already one entry for Phase 4 but it got rejected since she wasn't offered yet as a DLC for 5U.

I don't think TN would allow a pseudo Nazi uniform, especially for a German girl. Probably better to submit the Kasumi outfit.

Forgive me if I sound incredibly ignorant here but are you talking about the checkered patch? I thought it was the swastika and I don't see one of those there.

A fun idea would be giving the ninja suit to Hitomi lol, then not only would it be a sneaky nod to Hitomi's Ninja Gaiden trading card thingamajig but it'd be more acceptable.

Plus I really want to see Hitomi in a ninja dress ¬_¬

He means the badge in the collar, it's the SS insignia.

On the jacket's lapels are these lightning like symbols, they stand for SS. You do know who the SS was?
Basically the whole uniform is not just inspired by female SS uniforms, but it's almost an exact copy...

If the Outfit is submitted, and accepted, I don't doubt TN reserves the right to change it up so it's doesn't have any nazi insignia. I mean, it's banned in Germany to show the insignia in games.

I've only seen faux nazi uniforms in niche eroge, never anything remotely mainstream.. well at least the art is nice

I'm glad he's changing it. I'm pretty sure it violates this rule anyway:
"Design may not be racist, pornographic, homophobic, or hateful in nature."

If anything, Germans would probably find it the most offensive.
