What's everyone's first impression of Comrades? Tbh I find it very mediocre, repetitive and this "solo campaign" is shallowest term of the word I can think of lol a lot of repeating hunts over and over until you complete main objective too.

I've only played like 2 hours or so, but man, its really boring so far.

DISSIDIA ARCADE UPDATE:

For those who want to see Ultimecia's Sorceress Edea costume in motion, here's some decent footage.

EDIT: Trueblade Seeker has pulled through with Golbez's complete moveset breakdown. Turns out I was mistaken about Golbez's conditions for keeping the Shadow Dragon and using Binding Cold. Shadow Dragon can only be killed if the HP attack is over 1,000 in HP damage. Once the dragon is killed there are only two ways to revive it, by activating the unique EX skill, or dying.

Golbez's other HP attacks are Genesis Rock (which is a small, quick homing projectile), Black Fang (which does Global HP damage instead of normal HP damage), and Twin Meteor (two Meteors fall one after another. Can only fire two with Shadow Dragon).

DISSIDIA ARCADE/NT UPDATE:

On Sunday, Dissidia Arcade will be celebrating its second year anniversary. As it comes to no surprise, a special stream will be held. What's in store for this second anniversary stream is anyone's guess. At best we can hope for an FF8 stage or a preview of Noctis's official moveset.

DISSIDIA ARCADE / NT UPDATE: Anniversary stream is now live.

EDIT: A proper Noctis character trailer and starting moveset video was recorded from the stream for those interested.

EDIT: But wait. There's more. A new stage has been revealed, and it's an FF8 stage. The locale - of all places - is Edea's House. It's not up on Square's YT page yet, but it will be.

When does Dissidia come out again? I feel like it's early next year, Hopefully It won't be long after release until we start to see who these first dlc characters are. ( They're probably the missing characters from the previous games but it will be cool to see them in this one. ) Also...Seriously...Me when they finally reveal the only character that matters for Dissidia -

Also hopefully Nobuo Uematsu will do the OST on the next FF.

Also, there will finally be character swapping coming up:

By the time that they are finsihed with this game it will be completely different to what it was when it launched... :/

Don't forget character switching is coming to the main game before Episode Ignis launches, Also, didn't they say they DIDN'T want to do Episode Ardyn and instead do an entire game dedicated to him? seems to be a bit of an awkward step back...

They just need to make Aranea playable and I might come back, whether it's just in Comrades or even in the main game in Chapter 7 I don't really care. If she gets an episode though that would be nice just unlikely even though she's supposedly popular.

This is actually the first time we see Ignis gameplay that wasn't done by the AI. There are moves there I never seen which might be his gameplay for Episode Ignis. We just managed to get it early.

Speaking of Aranea, does the character swapping also work with guest slots? wonder what happens if you have Aranea during that temple run without Gladio. Are you able to switch to her? same with Cor and Iris when you meet them?
