Only three more weeks and the new God of War will release on April 20th!
It's just God of War, there's no number attached to the title and there's no subtitle. This game is a completely new beginning, in a whole new mythology, with a whole new story and a whole new combat system. Just Kratos is the old Kratos, but he's a dad now. And that changes people too, I guess.
Some quick facts:
- This time Kratos steps into Norse mythology
- Kratos is accompanied by his son
- the combat is more close and personal
- the story is more close and personal too
- The game will entertain you for 30+ hours
- There will be lots of branching paths, secret areas and optional bosses
- There will be light RPG elements
- The game will be much more mature and much less vulgar, but as brutal as ever
Here are the latest two amazing trailers:
Here's a good chunk of gameplay with commentary by Playstation Underground:
So, who's excited for this game? Did you already slay the Greek pantheon or is this one your first GoW game?
