There are setups where you can get a force tech guaranteed if the opponent doesn't insta-tech, but those leave you at negative when they do. Can still be at advantage if there's a string followup from the force tech that leaves you with a mixup option, though.

Only grappler have guaranteed when no tech.

Weight classes aren't involved.
It has something to do with the recovery of the hit that slams the
opponent into a wall.

Bass

Juggle - 3PP or 66PPP - Wall Slam - T - 2T --- Tech +1
Bayman
