I found this video on a Japanese video sharing site and conveniently ripped it since to access the site you need to sign up and it's all in Japanese. So for connivance I've uploaded the video to YouTube.
The footage is taken from a VHS tape so quality is poor but it does feature some very odd and interesting VF3 arcade glitches.

EDIT - Turns out this video is of glitches found in Version D of the arcade game, not a beta. That wil teach me not to read the title quickily again.
