The 3rd Birthday birthday's...is just hard as hell to initially follow. If you can actually catch on to it (and how the plot runs itself) then it all makes sense. Of course to do that you need to beat it on all difficulties. Despite what this guy says go play it if you like the Parasite Eve games.
