    Signing up for the police academy was not something I expected to appear on my 2024 bingo card lmao, however it does seem like a good change ❤️, hopefully I make it through the selection process!

    Just found out about Akira Toriyama’s passing and I’m genuinely shocked… I feel so bad for his family and loved ones. He created one of the most iconic anime and game series from Japan, I truly believe he is one of the few people that actually made anime globally known. He made such a global impact with the dragon ball series. He’s an icon and will leave such a great legacy ❤️

    It might be cheesy or whatever but I really hope that in 2024 I learn to be more compassionate. Not only towards myself but to others as well. Even to those I’ve cut out of my life, I shouldn’t carry any resentment with me because that shit is debilitating.

    It feels so surreal at times knowing that I joined this forum when I was 17 years old, meeting friends, losing friends, arguing, etc. To now being 26 and seeing how so many things have happened over the years and how everything changed.

    I feel the same way. Feels weird that its been a decade since I joined FSD and the DOA community. A decade ago I was just your regular college student. Now I'm a married man, working the typical 9-5 office job in the financial industry. Time flies.

    I also think that ESPECIALLY with DOA’s rep we really don’t need people like that representing the community. I’m all for sex appeal, but some things are just disturbing, all I really want is for DOA to be taken seriously and get rid of the weird reputation it has.
    Also let’s not resort to name calling if you don’t want things to get personal. Cause two can play that game.

Erotic photographers do in some way represent the community, otherwise they wouldn’t have been on forums like this as well. Anyway I’m not here to discuss with neither of you because I don’t feel like interacting with both of you.

    Another trailer for MK1 coming Tuesday and they’re gonna show two fighters and two kameos. Can’t wait to see who made it to the base roster

    Me too, I’m really ecstatic I also think this is good marketing, dropping a trailer just a few months for release so the trailer hypes people up. I think Tekken should’ve done the same thing, releasing the trailer a few months before release.

    I don’t know if it’s the release date, people speculate it’s a reboot. I just hope they shake the roster up good for once. I feel like since MK9 we mostly got the same characters while other legacy characters got the chop to make place for boring new entries like Kollector.

    It might be that MK12 is going to be a reboot, so it might end up being just "Mortal Kombat" like how MK9 was and might either be a prequel with the Great Kung Lao or MK1 again but with the events that transpire (in a different way most probably) in the new timeline. Also, yes, more 3D MK characters, I feel that they could make like half of them even more interesting than they were originally.

    But yeah, getting a twitter checkmark for the sake of feeling popular or to feel above the others is kinda cringe. Though I definitely want the benefits it has. Twitter is charging for stuff that most platforms have free. They are a bit wild.

    I understand people wanting the benefits, however I don’t think that should be hidden behind a paywall. Even though it’s clever of Elon to hide it behind a paywall I think it’s a shitty business practice

    Finished it up. I liked the story a little bit better than Nioh 2’s because at one point I played DW games. And wo long finally featured them in a game that was no repetitive.
