  • I really wanted to get into Gears of War again because it's a fast-paced third-person shooter, but I don't like its visual design.

By the way, I heard Gears of War Judgement is the most hated one in the series. It looks like Gears of War 3 but with no COG vs Locust in multiplayer, so what's the problem? Is the game play being simplified from the previous ones?

Simplified to its most basic level. 2 weapon slots vs 3+sidearm, CoD styled grenade throwing, blindfire crosshair, maps focused heavily on verticality, lack of characters, etc etc etc.

As a Gears game, it's very poor.

Wow, sounds bad. I really dislike when a game that was once praised for its unique mechanics and diverse game play just gets simplified to make it look generic and no depth like there's nothing in it that makes it unique from the rest of its genre.

Am I the only one who gets irritated by female perfumes? Once the scent gets into me, it feels hard to breathe. Even a tiny bit of it.
Uuunh... Kinda sucks having long and sharp canine teeth. Getting canker sores more often than that. Accidental bites.

What kind of idiomatic expression are those?

Sorry was an ill received joke. You mentioned elongated canines I made a comparison to Lycan and Vampires. No offense intended

Oh. I didn't understand the holy water, wooden stakes, and silver bullet kind of idiomatic expression. I've never seen that used in any figure of speech.
Gotta take a break from Virtua Fighter. Been playing it for days and I'm getting fatigued. Almost everyone has like 4-5 moves that are hard.

I meant like the execution requirement of a certain character; the number of hard moves or moves with complex inputs. I thought Taka only has moves that are just 6P or 46P+K or something like that. Aoi has a few throws with Izuna Drop inputs, but it's a bit harder to do because the game requires you to do it properly instead of spinning the D-pad or something.

Yeah theres something wrong with VF5's input detection that makes doing even simple moves more difficult than usual... particularly anything that requires hitting the diagonals.

Akira's Byakko Soushouda is also harder to do in Virtua Fighter than in DOA if I try to input it as 246P. It feels easier if I try to input it as 3346P or 1146P.
I'm starting to get the hang of tech rolling in Virtua Fighter. Mashing P+K+G is a real pain to my fingers with the default settings.

Set P+K+G to a macro. I have it set to the L1 left bumper.

Yeah, I set it to the other P button since the default settings has two P buttons, so I set P+K+G to the other one.

Isn't it great having only 3 buttons? You get to set macros everywhere! ;) Or have 2 block buttons.
VF5FS online is so active right now and it's full of newbies. They can't block and I'm spamming EX Highs and Jacky's 3KP2KK, G+KK, and 66G+K
Somebody tell me why Virtua Fighter 2 is the most loved VF game?

Yeah, Virtua Fighter always has amazing stage designs. When I played Virtua Fighter for the first time which is the 2006 version of Virtua Fighter 5, I was amazed by the beautiful stages like Deep Mountain, Palace, Great Wall, and a few more I forgot their names.

Also have you seen its graphics? Compare them to other games released around that time... Wow!!

Yeah. As a 1994 game, it looks outstanding. DOA1 was on the same level of graphics, but that game was released 2 years later.
Probably gonna do a moveset speed comparison with the VF characters in DOA5 and in VF5 because it feels like they got a speed boost in DOA5.

Someone asked me to do a move comparison between the two games, I don't have VF5FS on PS3 though.

DOA5's moves are slightly faster on average than VF5FS's moves. I.e. jabs are i12 & elbows are i14 in VF. In DOA they would be i10 & i12 respectably. 2P's are i12 in both. There are exceptions such as where Pai's i11 jab becomes i9 in DOA.
Virtua Fighter players are cool AF. These guys are helpful and they don't run their mouths with random elitism or some BS.
I got a sore throat after screaming so much in the 70-foot Drop Tower. Scream, laugh, cough, repeat.

I went to an amusement park for change since I've gotten fed up that I only go out just for work or something I usually do, so I wanted to spend time on something I rarely experience.
I just did Akira's 1 frame knee twice in a row for the first time in Virtua Fighter 5. Dude, it's so hard Lol

Hard doesn't even begin to describe it...

I know players who don't even bother with that move.
You know those kinds of people who just love to have pets, but because they can't take care of them, they'll let someone else do the job.
This is the 4th time this month my computer froze... Man, I hate Windows 10. It's unbelievable.

There's no difference between home and professional versions outside of the home versions locking away certain features like group policy editor.

No...that's a fact. All of the features in professional are in the home versions. With some technical know how you can get them. I have home version on my pc at home with several pro features unlocked. All versions are exactly the same. Everything is there, just tucked away.
