Watched it again, looks like she only has sword form and over the shoulder stance thing. But still more variation than in SCV. Hopefully whip stance will be in. The complexity with her stance changes in IV and III just made her so fun and made her mixups flow naturally. Zasalamel's problem for me was a lot of his flashy combo's in IV were shakeable so he didn't have a lot of true combos. They should change that (although Soul Calibur was never a combo heavy game like Tekken).

Anyway the new stage of Ivy's living room set on fire cause she was bored is gorgeous.

I also saw that Ivy's weapon is called the Ivy blade which apparently it wasn't called that In the other games recently? Also Ivy might be more of a morally grey character in this game then If she's back to how she was back in SC1 and SC2. Also I know in SC4, SC5 she had stopped aging physically but had that happened yet in SC1 or SC2? If not then she's just aging normally again. Who knows though If events will happen differently and stuff in this new timeline they are doing.

Not sure If this is the right thread for this or if the art style one would be better but the vibe Ivy's new outfit gives me is really MK9 which considering how much I like that game and the outfits in it including just the MK characters is probably a part of why I like Ivy's outfit, It might be the purple mainly but Mileena is also very risque when it comes to her outfits but yeah -

It's giving me those vibes, Especially those thigh high boots with the lace, and embroidery etc and jagged edges.

Edit: Also...I wonder if there will be ass jiggle physics in this lol since SC has had that in the past.

And like Tekken 7 it will perform and look poorly on consoles. :/ We can already get ready for long ass load times, blurry image quality and dialed back or completely missing graphical effects. That awful DOF effect in the background, that even Digital Foundry addressed, will look even worse in lower resolution. DOF and low resolutions don't mesh well.

Dunno about the base consoles but the Pro version of T7 has all the same graphical features as PC just running at 1080p with no performance issues whatsoever. It will most likely be the same with SCVI with Pro at 1080p and xbone x version bumping up to an even higher res than pro but still below 4k since theres no way either will be able to handle native 4k 60fps

Well yeah... but Soul Calibur will have one advantage that Tekken didn't.... The existence of the Gen 8.5 Consoles.... I'd imagine the PS4 and PS4 Pro versions will look different.

A Talim and Yunseong reveal would be awesome! :D My two favorite characters and they are also good friends. But I highly doubt Yunseong will be in the starting roster of this game. They probably rather go with Hwang, sadly. Would make more sense story-wise.
I don't know who will be next revealed, but I am pretty sure that Talim, Taki, Maxi, Voldo and Astaroth will be in the game 100%. So probably two out of those are next.

There's a rumor/leak going around that Siegfried might not be his own character in this game, but that he'll share a spot with Nightmare. O:
Imo crazy for the main character of much/most of the SC series to not show up in 6. You'd think they've learned their lesson regarding cutting essential veterans.

That would surprise me greatly, considering that Nightmare has the new "nightmare" moveset. If they were going to only make one of them, I'd think that they would have kept the classic Siegfried moveset. It would be very odd to have a Soul game without it.

Isn’t SCVI just a reboot of SC1 ? If that’s the case then all characters of SC1 will be in this game. Anyhow, I’m glad they did a reboot instead of making a sequel of the story of V. SCV was really disappointing imo.

They seem to be revealing at least one woman and one man per month reveal so out of who seems most likely to be revealed next I'm going to go with Taki and Maxi being revealed next.

Also not sure when it comes to Siegfried, maybe he'll be in, I know that Xianghua was the main character of SC1 though so he at least wasn't the main character in that.

Xianghua, Kilik and Maxi were the main character trio of SC1. So we know these are all in 100%. Only Maxi is still missing out of these three.
In SC5 Maxi was my main, because Talim, Yunseong and Kilik (in his usual form) were all missing. I guess it'll be a bit exciting to see him return next. :) I always liked his look. 16th century Elvis, lol. I wonder how he'll look in this. Well, we already know they'll just reuse his SC4/SC5 face and hair but I'm interested to see what kind of costume he'll wear. This was his original SC1 costume...

I think they’ll reveal Cervantes, Voldo, Taki, Or Setsuka
