This is what a Soul Calibur 6 character model should look like. :/

Shot's fired lol, but I'd rather they put in Cid Raines from FFXIII in L'cie form..

Was gonna put this in Tekken thread but is still relevant here andt this thread easier to find.

Noctis releases for Tekken 7 next week on the 20th, it's about time we heard about him lol we've heard literally nothing since November.

There's also a brand new trailer:

Noctis character model doesn't translate well to Tekken imo. He looks like a plastic doll, his costumes look and behave stupid and his hair is of a way too bright color.

Cool, I didn't know he'd have his other outfits too, The hammerhead garage looks really nice in the game too with the other characters around the edges of the stage.

And this guy still looks weird in Tekken. Think Namco (at this point) just finds whatever they can get for cash grab and just throw it in there. The best they've done for Tekken is Geese and somewhat Akuma (actual fighting game characters). Like mentioned a shit ton of times, if you want guests for fighting games in fisticuffs/kicks or brawling up close (DOA/Tekken) the best characters are usually ones from another "fighting game".

Should of threw him in Soul Calibur. Would of made a lot more sense visually speaking.

EDIT: Someone mentioned "Well Yoshimitsu has a sword and he uses it, why can't we have Noctis?". Huh, good point. Maybe Tekken should be called Swordfighter 8 10 years from now.

As a Cecil main, I can decisively say this is full of shit.

DISSIDIA NT UPDATE: The Orbonne Monastery patch for the Arcade version a few weeks ago also dropped today for NT, for those who don't know. Along with the balance adjustments I mentioned a while back, it also includes a new command list that can be accessed on the pause menu or even the character customization. The character select descriptions now include a full explanation of what each character's unique EX skills do, and of course, the Orbonne Monastery stage has been added. Online stability also appears to have improved.

Just a question about FF15 since the game utterly confuses me, I am at chapter 9 but I feel like I dont understand the plot like at all. I heard this might have to do with the Brotherhood anime and Kingsglaive movie, are you supposed to watch them first? Also what is up with all the dlc chapters

The Brotherhood anime is quite entertaining (if you are into anime), but isn't really needed, no.
The movie Kingsglaive however, even if it is widely considered to be pretty awful, is needed to understand the world, lore and some important characters, that don't get much or any screen time in the actual game. Kingsglaive is basically the cut out fancy CG opening/prologue of FFXV. Why did they cut it out? To make money or because it is waaaay too long as the opening? Probably both. ;)

But even with Kingsglaive you'll run into a lot of plotholes. That's how FFXV is. Its storytelling is very flawed and incomplete. Episode Prompto and Ignis explain some of the missing stuff, but you should play those after the game or you will heavily spoiler yourself.

The game only really starts to come together around chapter 12. Up to that point nothing makes sense and only once you get to chapter 13 do you feel like something is actually happening in the game.

I need to replay XV, I just want to see all these changes and actually play episode Ignis.
