Bugs can be fixed (to a degree). It's a conversion into a fighting game. Just because it's using the same engine doesn't mean the game will automatically shit itself. There are games that did terrible with Unreal Engine, and there are games that did massively well with Unreal Engine (DBFZ etc.), it all comes down to how the development team handles it.
