@ryu_highabusa Do what? PreOrder? People do to have money put down on the games that they want and then they can pay the rest later with a guaranteed copy of their game. It's beneficial to a lot of people who can't necessarily afford to buy it at the full price of whenever it comes or can but just wants to pay it so that they can walk in a get it without having to worry about it.
Why WOULDN'T you do it when you're guaranteed a copy if you walk in & just pay a full amount or put money down on it? They might not have any copies in stock & they won't give away another person's reserved copy or orders. lol. Not to mention if they have a collector's ed, you'd have to anyway. You'd already have the standard version paid lol. You would just be left out until they get more.
I mean, it's not a guarantee; check the fine print on your receipt. Otherwise I would have a gold cartridge Ocarina of Time. I'm still bitter 20 years later. If you preorder from some other places, you don't get charged anything until your item actually ships and that's what I do. You do you though.
I just rechecked. @HHH816 no as of now, it is not to steam. If you're planning to compete you would need either a PS4 or a pad converter of some kind regardless.
