Probably a 5 to Ultimate gap kind of game in January 2020 and then a next gen port in 22 with lotsnlotsnlotsnlots of costumes, swimsuits? Returning stages crossover characters, insert popular Anime TV series crossover stage here, probably another Warriors character (Diaochan could be an interesting pick), and *sigh* boob settings probably with 4 or more settings, that gravure movie crap again,

Just add on. SFV did it so DOA6 could, but they still can make a standalone updated copy for those who don't get the vanilla game

I don’t really see the issue with there being another last round moment. LR was a special update for next Gen consoles at that time so that people didn’t need to stay on PS3 just to play some DOA. That PS3 got the LR update as well is a different story. If there is gonna be a PS5 I would like them releasing DOA6 on there too.

There'll be a re-release, it's a standard for FG's. Releasing a next-gen port such as Last Round for DOA5 was smart move to shift the game to PS4/XBone, thus stretching out the game's life an extra couple of years. Also, the re-releasing are always at a reduced price. What I'd like to see again is another Core Fighter's F2P. DOA5 really picked up steam after DOA5U's Core Fighters. (People like free lol).
