Honoka is 100% getting one. Someone hacked the save file and she has 5 unlockable costumes and like other slots. So 2 of those slots are already allocated to the yellow preorder dlc and then the white bikini. The rest are what I assume to be the five or so debut costume set.

I was actually worried about this myself for Honoka, acting as though she is a DLC character rather than something included in a $30-$40 game.

Hmm, well the debut costumes for Marie, Nyo and P4 aren't free with the game. This is probably why I thought "Hey, Maybe Raidou & Honoka will receive one too!" It would be unfair if Raidou doesn't get a pack if Honoka does.... so you never know.

It would be lol he'd be the only NEWLY INTRODUCED character without a debut pack. Guys getting less attention is unfair, but this is a different level of unfair imo.

Yeah I hope the game goes back to being like DOA5 Vanilla, small DLC packs that were fair to males too.

They only need 5... they'd manage. Santa, MMA short things, Pre-DOA5LR costumes... DOAD/DOA1U. They can manage 5 costumes lol.

Of course it would be unfair. It's also unfair that upon release he gets 1 outfit +recolors whereas Honoka gets like 4 +recolors +preorder costumes.
But TN doesn't see that as unfair, since unfair has been their strategy for some time now. Hence, the comedy.
