    i wouldn't underestimate the 1p move if i were u; whether online or offline. it doesn't matter if a move is in the quote and called "reactable" speed range it's animation also makes it hard to spot all the time. always be ready with ur low crushes id say.

    i wouldn't say it's as bad as mila 2H+K, that move at least has long start up with distinct animation. bass 1p has the doa2 tengu problem of being a high crush that doesn't look like a high crush and the animation is not that distinct, so even if you see it, it might not even matter

    and the move it'self is quite dangerous, you disrespect it and you get smacked with the follow up into gaurenteed pick up and the bass train gets rolling, you respect it and that's just free pressure for the bass player. then again, i bass is character that i never run into so maybe with practice i'll get better at dealing with it

    you know what's funny, i actually prefer vf4:evolution over vf5 final showdown, but that might just be the nostalgia talking, i haven't played 4 in 4ever

    How's the coop for that game? is Sonic still hogging up the screen again where the other player can't see? or does player two finally have his own screen now? let me know when you test it. Cousin of mine wants to buy it and I do miss playing that type of Sonic game. Hopefully Sega goes back to Sonic Adventure style too in the future.

    coop is pretty much standard S2/ S3 style, camera follows soinc and the tails player just has to eat shit, but hey, at least they'll be there when you need boosties to high places

    fantasy strikes' solution to dealing with throws? press nothing to tech them, seems so counter intuitive.

    tbh none of the new fighters give me any hype. MCI is just an MCU push nobody cares about, DBZF seems like another faceroll masher, and Dissidia doesnt have any of the characters I actually like.

    So...meh?

    @Awesmic i've never played the dissidia games, what would you liken them to? they kind of look like the naruto ninja storm games or the senran kagura multiplayer mode, 3d arena fighters filled to the brim with mechanics
