If DOA4's game play is like DOA3, I would have played it a lot more TBH. I like DOA4 more than DOA5 apart from its game play and graphics.

Soul Calibur IV was a bit slow, but it has the smoothest animations in the series. SCV's new animations looked kinda funny and unrefined.
