Updates to Ruleset
- We will be experimenting with improved rules for netplay stability. We're going to have a status check after registration/check in to match sure all players signed up have decent connections (amongst the majority). If a player is widely regarded as having a laggy connection, they will be disallowed entry. DQ's due to inadquate connections will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Switching characters on a win will result in you forfeiting ONE game to your opponent. Be sure to read over our ruleset in advance to avoid this issue.
- All entrants must play on their own PS4. Sharing a PS4 between multiple players is NOT allowed. Both players will be disqualified if this instance arises in the future.
Network Rules
The following lists information in regards to disconnects, latency issues, and problems connecting to the hosting room.

- If a player disconnects from a match, they forfeit 1 game to their opponent. It takes 2 "games" to win a set in standard bracket matches. Note, if a D/C occurs before damage is taken by either player, we will allow no penalty, once.
- If you cannot connect to the host's room (stream room) after 2 attempts, you must play your opponent off stream. Player's have mentioned some problems with the streamer being the room host, and that it causes connection issues. The problem with allowing someone else to host the room, is that they cannot be relied on all the time, and may proceed at a slower pace, which may ultimately put the tournament behind schedule.
- Lag and network latency is an element of netplay, and something that cannot be avoided. By registering, you understand that this is a netplay tournament, and that input delay, slowdowns and connection issues are part of the game.
- Participants MUST sign up through Challonge.com.
- There is a check-in that will open (see time specified above). Generally, we offer a grace period of 10 minutes past the start time of the tournament to be present.
- You must enter your PSN name EXACTLY HOW IT IS SPELLED as your entrant name. You can customize this so it can vary from your challonge user name. Another reason why you must register on challonge, to make edits and again, report scores.
- Being present in the chat is mandatory for communication purposes.
- You must register AND check in (generally 10 minutes after the official start time) to be entered into the tournament, there will be no late entrants.
- You must manually sign up (no exceptions - see blue registration button above)
- Runtime - This Tournament may run approximately 4-5 hours. Losers Bracket will be played off stream, depending on the number of entrants. All of top 8 will be streamed!!!
