How did you fix Kokoro's hair to fit Naotora's head ??
I know you edited it in Blender (or another 3D program)
But What tools other than Blender did you use ?
I doubt you extracted the tmcmeshes, and edited them one by one ...

It's fine since he uploaded the images on gooogle server
As for you,since you already uploaded your images on deviantart.com, feel free to post images from there
Just use the Picture tag to insert the picture (the icon between the smile and movie icon)
Your Image link can be found by right click on the picture,select "open image" and it will generate the link of the image

I used TMC-OBJ converter, converted hair to obj and then edited the hair in blender , and converted obj back to tmc.

I think I figured out the cause .
It's not a problem on your side
The problem is Ayane .
The Clipping issue only happens when you use an Ayane costume on Naotora (even after using a character converter ).
It even happens with Ayane using any long hair and and an Ayane costume .
I assume that's because Ayane only has Short hair , so her costumes don't have proper collision detection so hair goes through it (not sure if that's the correct term for it ) .

EDIT: Navmesh on zetaboards said the same thing (but explained it better) .
