I'm not sure all costumes from the past were good : for instance, Helena's new genie costume is way better.
I don't think we'll get more legacy costumes for DOA5. They probably keep them for DOA6.
But I really miss some of these old designs. DOAD had great ones as well.

A lot of costumes were brought back and were redesigned, example Hitomis Overalls costume is literally her DOA4 costume everyone asks for just without the jacket.
