Dead or Alive 5 - Known Bugs/Glitches

Glitch on Home where you knock someone through the wall without it breaking is still there.

hey...i think there is a glitch with Lisa/ La Mariposa's costumes. It's noticeable in the introduction quote and ending quote. For example....when i pick one of the label La Mariposa costumes she was acting like Lisa opening and closing. It only seems to be la maripsoa acting like Lisa and vice versa. This is weird.

Man, this game is really starting to piss me off with these dumbass glitches. First of all, Im going to explain one of these problems that ruins the match is when Im pulling off a quick or any attack, the cpu goes right behind me & this happens when
I did Hitomi's because I wanted to punch the input reading psycho path A.I. off the cliff but NOOOOO! the game wants
to glitch like a bitch & I ending up getting knock off the cliff!

This is just a detail about perfection of animations... DOA5 has smothest animations so far even when strings gets delayed, but... I've notice a bit abrupt animation when Eliot's 2p+k p gets delayed... 2p+k is quite similar to 3kp but 3kp don't got that bit abrupt when delayed...

I don't know if its just me but I've notice some thing weird about the controls on story mode because it feels a bit more fluid & it was easier to move around. However, when I played VS mode, the movement felt very..very stiff & it also through me off big time. Hopefully TN fix the buffer system.

New glitch... random sound effects during matches. Like instead of saying ready fight it makes random character grunts. Really distracting

Hate to say it, but that one isn't a glitch. You're playing the 360 version, right? It got hacked within two weeks of coming out. They're not disconnecting, they're cheating.

I recently found this .. similar to the Jann Lee Threshold Skip Glitch.. but this time with Sarah..
its quite annoying ...

There has a been a Sidestepping glitch for me recently when i play online.

I go to controls and i choose to use the button+/.


But when i go online it will randomly make it so i have to go back to / instead of button+/ and instead of the button version it makes me do a anyone else having this issue?

I'd heard about it but it hand't happened to me until yesterday: I was sent to spectate a match (several kids screaming F words by the way) instead of a match of my own...

Today I was watching a match between DOA Eater and someone else on PSN and Eater's Tina was just floating in mid air. I'm sure I was the only one who saw this but another guy in the lobby claimed to be seeing a black screen the entire time.

I don't know if anybody else experience this glitch but last night during the the match when I was facing the cpu Leifang was
twitching like she a serious problem. LOL

Little bug i found today, you can lose some life before the next match starts... Dont know if its already been discovered but ill post it anyways.

That's something they should fix. Not a big bug like you said, but in a real tournament, when a round is over, it shouldn't give you advantages for the next one. Nice discovery !

The sidestep glitch is ruining my experience with this game. Team Ninja is very close to losing a loyal fan.

Glitch where the game froze for a good 15 seconds and my opponent was disconnected. This happened just as the round started and gave me the win. After exchanging messages, I found out he didn't dashboard and was sent back to the matchmaking screen. Same thing happened just before I won a match with another opponent.

I'm glad I found someone else with this problem as I thought I was the only one. It's really the only problem I have with this game, and it makes it virtually unplayable. It happens way too many times for me.

Thing is, you guys said it could be his router, but for me I don't sign out of Xbox live, just the DOA5 online (not sure if this is the case for PJudge). I don't see why it would be my router, as I've never had a problem with any other game where I've been chucked out of online, so I see DOA5 as the problem not my router.

I've contacted Team Ninja anyway, explaining the issue, and hoping it will be taken into account, like i've said before it makes the game virtually unplayable online which is the main reason for my purchase.

Nope, I don't get signed out of XBox Live, just the DOA5 online mode. And it's only on MY Xbox as well. I spent lat week playing on my brother's and it was fine. I had a similar thing on Borderlands 2, but it sorted itself out instantly and that time I did get signed out of XBox live for a few seconds. It's the most infuriating thing about the game, as it always happens during games where I'm doing exceptionally well.

When you played on your brothers was it the same internet you use for your Xbox? If so, very strange if its just your Xbox. I agree it is infuriating. It happens at random points, whether the menu, beginning of a match or halfway through a match. I'm hoping it's a bug that can be fixed but not many people seem to have this issue.
