:helena: Welcome to the DOA5U Helena combo thread! This is where you'll be able to find and contribute to Helena's growing combo list. This first post will be updated as more combos come. All combos were tested on counter hit. None of the CB! combos have the ender/PB/PL damage added. You'll have to do that one yourself.

@ninjaguy446 What do Helena's open palm attacks do on CH now? Seeing as they are all unsafe again I'd figure they have new properties. Can they be used in combo's?
Yes they can. :) 66P is actually really good to extend combos or start combos on NH. On CH it gives +22 frames of advantage and does 25 damage (125%). I listed some small combos you could use to go for CB!. Check the first post.

Don't have the game yet but I'm curious to know.

Can 9P2K BKO 6PPK BKO 4P+K still be done like it was in Vanilla 5? Especially the BKO 4P+K bit (regardless whether half-way charged or not) after launching opponents with BKO 6PPK?

Yes it can still be done, but without charge. It'd be more efficient to do 9K2K BKO 6PPK BKO 4PK 33P4P since it does a substantial amount of more damage.

Well, 33P4P now wall hits (sadly), so it would still do more. But if you're at a farther range then it wouldn't wall hit, but here's the damage. BKO 4P+K will whiff if you do it right next to the wall. BKO 6PPK the K part will also wall hit.
BKO 4P+K
No Wall: 79
Wall: 89

33P4P:
No Wall: 108
Wall: 118
Both Wall hits: 128

Same staple combo. 4PPK 33P4P BKO 6P.

I see what you mean by the difference it does in damage. I still think BKO 4P+K is a viable option for me. Both wall hits? You mean like hitting the wall twice?

Ah alright. I guess nothing much changed with what you can use through BKO T. Can the new 66H+K connect to it though?

Yes, because BKO 6PPK also wall hits.

No :( I tried and I can't find any way to incorporate it but nice idea.
