As cool as Kasumi is she would lose round 3. I would say round 2 but Chun-Li rarely wins any of her fights in canon SF lore lmao It's practically a running gag these days.

Bardock would be overkill. Wouldnt take much for him to beat Kasumi. Even the low tier fighters in DBZ can beat her low difficulty.
