I: What is a "No Timing" Power Launcher Combo?

A "No Timing" Power Launcher combo is where you whiff an input immediately after the PL to compensate for the ridiculous launch height. You then follow up the whiffed input with the actual juggle. This removes the entire timing aspect of the juggle leaving much less margin for error. A lot of these combos do less damage than a timed combo, but are much more practical and will still do more damage than a power blow after a CB.

II: Power Blow vs. Power Launcher

A PL Combo will always do more damage than a PB blow if the PL combo does over 100 damage on NH. Here is a scale for the damage that it needs to reach to beat a PB at each hit level.

Normal Hit: 100
Counter Hit: 105
Hi-Counter Hit: 110

PL's always set the damage revision to 50% (CH juggle damage) so except for one character all you need to do is add 10, and 20 to NH damage for CH and HCH damage respectively

If me or anyone assisting with the compiling of this guide couldn't find a no timing combo that reaches any of these damage levels (or 90 on NH), it will not even be listed in the guide.

No Wall: Combos that require completely open space for them to work:
Weight Class: (Whiffed Input) Juggle (Damage on NH)

Anywhere: Combos that work in any environment excluding ceilings and slopes.
Weight Class: (Whiffed Input) Juggle (Damage on NH)

Wall: Combos that won't hit walls, but don''t necessarily require them (I will note if walls are required).
Weight Class: (Whiffed Input) Juggle (Damage on NH without wall damage)

The anywhere section will only be there if none of the combos hit wall.

Weight Classes are divided into this:
Alpha: Tested on Alpha
Light: Tested on Ayane
Middle: Tested on Hayate
Gen Fu: Tested on Gen Fu
Heavy: Tested on Bass

Lets take Hayate quick, i was posting them on in the Hayate Topic also:

Against lights:
33p+k charge - 44kk - (3)pp - pp6pk - 111 damage
Against mid/heavys
33p+k charge - 44kk - 66kkk - 100 damage(same as the powerblow)

I will be honest this PL Guide makes only sense with Combos that makes more damage as the powerblow.
You should do every Combo with a neutral setup + Burst + PL/PB to see how much is the difference otherwise is this guide useless.
Look:
9p 3pp 7p(burst) - powerblow - 136 damage
9p 3pp 7p - powerlauncher - 44k - 66kkk - 136 damage.
