Are there any general strategies for Rachel¿ Because I honestly consider match-ups in DOA kinda lame considering everyone can hold in stun.

As for this claim, yes, everyone can hold in stun... but why? There are some characters with better defensive options so that they don't have to rely on constant holding (Helena, Christie, Ayane for example) then you have characters that do... You have Tina as your profile pic... doesn't that explain how useful holding on stun can be for certain characters compared to others? Why would Tina, Bass, or Lisa player want someone to hold more than a Christie or Sarah player would?

Match Ups offer information to Rachel players and Rachel haters alike; assisting and GUIDING people who are unfamiliar with the situations that come with playing certain characters with or against Rachel.

Also Match Ups and basic game mechanics don't really go hand in hand, Critical Holding (holding in stun) and Critical Hold punishing can be regarded as a basic mechanic of the game... so what does that have to do with MUs?

first read the guide 2nd match ups matter it states what tools you can use vs the other player you main tina right. so if you fight christie whose faster than u in ever way that is going to affect how u play and what noves you use and when you use them thats called playing the match up
