So I'm a fanboy for being open-minded and giving a game a chance, and not jumping to conclusions before the game even releases? Ok, sure ... Also, I'm always entertained how people's agreement with game critics/journalists shift with perspective. On games a person likes that a journalist doesn't, the person couldn't care less what the journalist has to say. But on games a person doesn't like, all of a sudden a journalist is speaking divine truth and wisdom if they, too, are talking down on the game. Opinions vary. This goes for both members of the gaming press, and members of the gaming audience. As for your statement that a "LARGE MAJORITY" of people who've played the game think it is terrible ... have you actually spoken to a "LARGE MAJORITY" of people, or are you just jumping the gun because a few people at EVO agree with your negative view on the game? Have you spoken to the majority of people who played the Beta? Have you spoken to the majority of members of the media? Have you spoken to the majority of people across the numerous FGC forums and such about the game? From what I gather, AT WORST, people are split on the game (some positive, some negative, some just generally not giving a ****). While you may say you've seen a number of impressions on the negative end of the spectrum, I can say I've seen a number of impressions on the positive end of the spectrum. Time will tell how the game turns out. And honestly, I really don't see why you continue to put so much time and effort into dogging this game in the first place. Do you really have nothing better to do than to spend time looking up stuff for a game you don't like and talking frequently about how much you don't like it? Just seems like a waste to me. If it were me, I'd spend my time focusing more on things I do like. One of the main reasons I may come across as "mostly positive" with things is simply because I focus more time toward the things I see as positive. If I see something in a negative light, I just generally pay it no mind, and don't bother to talk much about it. I don't go off on post after post after post on why the game is "bad" and why I won't be playing it. It's just a waste of time. If a game is bad, I move on to something else. Perhaps you should do the same ... ... ... ... unless you just like being negative and talking bad about stuff. I remember back a bit saying how you remind me of Kane, who takes sadistic pleasure in being a monster and hurting people. Maybe you just enjoy being this guy who is known for having more bad to say about a given game than good, who is more likely to hate a game than enjoy it, and who is just generally the perpetual buzzkill. More videos: Commenter: ^ I agree with this guy. Regardless of what anyone may think about this game, anyone who even MILDLY likes Smash Bros should want this game to see at least moderate success, as that will then give motivation for the next Smash game to step its game up due to finally having some competition in the genre. When there is sufficient competition, the winners in the end are the gamers. So let's all join-in in the hope that PS All-Stars makes a noticeable splash upon release!!
