Can you explain the Bioware and Blizzard part? I don't really understand those 2.

Mass Effect and World of Warcraft, most likely. Mass Effect has something of a reputation for letting you sleep with a variety of non-human characters, and WoW, being an MMO, has numerous quests involving killing an arbitrary number of some random enemy.
