Tournament Standard for 3.1?

I'm arguing with PL via the Twitters. He says 300 life was standard but I'm pretty sure it was 240. Who's right? This isn't an attempt to be proven right so I can stroke my ego either, if I'm misinformed I'd like to know it.

I know in sparring it was 300 but I'm pretty positive normal health was 240.

In the time before 2U/4, tournament standard was 300. It was later decided to drop it to 240. After playing it some more I'd personally set it to 270 for tournament play.
