Sooo im very new to fighting games. I just coukdnt get in to games like sf ajd tekken cuz of the hard controls and combo systems. Only fighting (if u guys consider this as fighting game) is ssbm. Now doa felt more ezier with combos and felt kinda similar to smash in some aspect and now im really enjoying it. Im posting this thread here because mila felt really comfortable and clicked with than other character. Is there any tips for doa in general and mila herself?

There's plenty of threads for that in the Mila character section, and there is a really good basics thread as well. Can't find the guide but here is mila http://www.freestepdodge.com/forums/mila.48/
maybe @Force_of_Nature can get u the guide.

Well... Mila doesn't have many retreating options..... she does have long legs though, use them (very carefully) to keep you're opponent off you while you come up with a strategy, its a decent defense.
I'm sure you already have your punches down quite nicely because she is a punchy character, which is also her weakness, and again use her legs, a good Mila player will throw the odd mid kick every now and then to avoid being interupted.
one thing to note is Mila's mount's are actually quite powerfull, instead of going for complete juggling combos you can use her hard knock down moves to set up your mounts, these would be her Foward K+H for standing opponents and her neutral P+K if you knock them into the air.
Follow these up with a ground throw to mount your opponent.
Mila... being the linear fighter that she is..... has an obvious weakness to Side Step Characters: most notably Christie since she can crouch when she steps. Keep your Down Back Punch and Down K+G handy as your throws will miss her as well.

Conclusion: To use a mid tier character like Mila you need have very solid basic skills, like blocking and side stepping.... she just isn't viable if you can't do the little things.
A better player than me will have more advanced strategies.

Glad to see you picked up DOA. And yes, Smash is a legitimate fighting game! At least in my eyes it is. :)

Since you are new to fighting games, I recommend checking out these threads for general information about the fundamentals and system mechanics:

For specific information about Mila, I'd suggest these threads:

A) Mila Matchup and Strategy Thread: http://www.freestepdodge.com/thread...a5u-matchups-strategy-discussion-thread.3477/
B) Mila Match Videos: http://www.freestepdodge.com/threads/mila-match-videos.1531/
C) Mila Combos: http://www.freestepdodge.com/threads/mila-combos.3535/

Also, EMPEROR COW created a Mila Combo Video back in Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate. A lot, if not all, combos still work as of today. So I recommend checking it out:

I actually don't like Combo videos.... one of the issues with them is they are meant for already proficient players since they can deconstruct the moves piece by piece and figured what each move does and why it can't be Slow Escaped..... somebody whos unfamiliar with the game or character won't even know the moves can be broken apart and repurposed in a different combo, they might see it as a single string and use it as such..... theres just not that many videos out there that deconstruct what puts a combo together, well Emperor Cow has one, but theres not that many character specific ones that highlight which moves stand out from the rest, like the Launchers, The Stun Specific Moves, The Enders and the Tracking Moves...
Ironically Sega made one of these Videos for the entire cast of Virtua Fighter, and its very helpful at getting you started on a new character in a Practical way.
The DoA ones are scattered about and many don't do break downs of the moves.

Well Mila's key moves on normal hit are:
a fully charged 7K (Sitdown Stun/Guard Break)
33P (Mid Launcher)
8K (High Launcher)
6 H+K (Untechable Knockdown)
9P (Tiny Bounce)
P4PP and 3PP (Filler Moves)
KP and P4P4P and 4PP (Enders)

These are Great moves to get started with if you're experimenting with combos, they remain mostly unchanged in Counter Hit so you don't have to worry a about nasty surprises like accidental launches and knockdowns. Sorry.... forgot to put them in the proper order.

There are some specific moves that will net you to the exact same properties but only on Counter Hit or Critical Threshold..... I actually don't use them, the only one you need to look out for is P+K... it performs Sit Down Stun on Counter Hit, a Bounce at Critical Threshold and an Untechable Knockdown in a Juggle, its very versatile once you get use to it. And then from there you can explore with the other 60 of her moves. ;) Hahaha.
EDIT; My bad 6 H+K is a mid kick launcher, 3 H+K is the Untechable Knockdown.

Always happy to help.....
oh and you'l find Mila's Take down to be very usefull, she can actually perform it like 4 different ways but the standard in put 66T. You don't even need to connect with it, just throw it out every now and then as a reminder, it essentially halves all striking options.

Lulu, what do you mean by "key moves on normal hit"? Neutral? Also, what makes Milas tackle trully fearsome is her ability to cancel it in adiction to OH properties.

By "Key Moves" I mean moves that serve a specific function...... I mean if you go into the moves list theres just so many moves in there and you look at it and you just don't know where to begin.
I did the samething when trying to figure out Injutice..... I just skipped over all that stuff and focused on The Lows, Over heads and launchers.....those are the key moves and from there I just link them together with normals(filler moves) and specials.
I got the idea from Aris when he was talking about Tekken...
