Well Mila's key moves on normal hit are:
a fully charged 7K (Sitdown Stun/Guard Break)
33P (Mid Launcher)
8K (High Launcher)
6 H+K (Untechable Knockdown)
9P (Tiny Bounce)
P4PP and 3PP (Filler Moves)
KP and P4P4P and 4PP (Enders)
These are Great moves to get started with if you're experimenting with combos, they remain mostly unchanged in Counter Hit so you don't have to worry a about nasty surprises like accidental launches and knockdowns. Sorry.... forgot to put them in the proper order.
There are some specific moves that will net you to the exact same properties but only on Counter Hit or Critical Threshold..... I actually don't use them, the only one you need to look out for is P+K... it performs Sit Down Stun on Counter Hit, a Bounce at Critical Threshold and an Untechable Knockdown in a Juggle, its very versatile once you get use to it. And then from there you can explore with the other 60 of her moves.

EDIT; My bad 6 H+K is a mid kick launcher, 3 H+K is the Untechable Knockdown.
