The game got released on Steam as a open beta. To download it you need a VPN and set it to Singapore, then go here https://steamdb.info/app/958260/ , log in via Steam and click Free button and it should download DOAXVV Launcher (35MB), then turn off VPN and start the game.
It supports Eng, Jap, Kor, Schi, Tchi Subtitles.
You will download 3 GBs from DOAXVV Launcher.
The only thing censored is that you can't poke the girls, otherwise it is the same gacha and grindable game.
