[DOA2++ MOD] Niki Moveset Project (WIP)

This is the Niki project I've been working on here and there for a while. It's still not complete, but I've made quite a bit of progress.

I guess Niki learned a few moves from Zack while they were together, but for the most part I tried to stick to unused/uncommon animations for this project.
