Are you doing it after the CB? It has to be timed perfectly after the CB. Also, I haven't really played with open/closed stance with the taunt launcher so I'm not completely sure about that.

I thought you had to be in either open or closed stance (one of those) for it to land. I remember a while ago trying to hit Akira in training with the taunt and it wouldn't land, but then I changed stance and it worked.

I found something interesting with Tina. If you watched part 1 of the taunt launcher video, you read that she can only do it on certain characters. BUT after Tina's 7PPP, she can use the taunt launcher on anyone! Check it out! o.0
