I use Jacky extensively(more in DOA than I did in VF) and Master Fighter's combos, optimization wise, are WAY off. If what you want is damage, he NEEDS to master the Flash Sword Kick. That is the key to his damage. That 5P isn't going to cut it ESPECIALLY since the FSK keeps the opponent high in the air enough do his optimum combos.
