I did this because I was going to also nerf the Break Hold, making it consume 3 gauges of the Meter so people can't spam it anymore.
The problem is that I don't know where to look to change it. I'll have to drop this idea and find a workaround. I already took away the Break Hold's effect on low strikes. It's at least more competitive than base DOA6.
If you think the change is good, like the video. If you think it's bad, leave a comment telling me why.
I won't be releasing the patch publicly until everything I had planned has been completed. But if you want to test it yourself, feel free to contact me for the file. *FUNCTIONAL ONLINE* with other players who have identical replacement files.
