So this is my first DOA5U upload in like a year on my Virtuatec channel. Alot of people really liked what I was doing with virtuatec but I don't know if I'll do it again. But I do what to just upload matches, maybe show off some Eliot.
Now on with the video....
I was doing fine up until round 3. I literally don't know what happened. Akira player discovered BT P+K owns Eliots 7p option after mid punch/mid kick hold. After round 2 alot of randomness seemed to occur. I dropped combo's, fucked up my inputs, and was doing silly shit hence why I lost. Another thing, I seem to fight more carelessly when inside the poking range of Akira's 3k, I really underestimated that move. Along with 3p+k, 3k is one of his best pokes. Outside of 3k I can control Akira with Eliot's 6p+k if he whiffs.
One thing I need to recognize when playing Eliot is when to go for hard knockdowns/oki setups and resets and when to go for max damage juggle or setting up environmental damage. Overall I need to revisit this matchup.
