I figured it out. The song is definitely called "You Are the Master". But I don't know what album this particular remix belongs to, as the common one I found so far is a slower mix.

Whatever the song is, one thing is unmistakable. It sounds like a 90s image album remix of the VF1 character select theme. So that pretty much narrows it down search-wise.
