Nyotengu has got a portal gun

Some documented weirdness that happened while messing around in training mode.and apparently you can replicate it provided you can get your training dummy in that exact spot (where ryu is at 0:34). Dunno if this is widely known already but I thought i'd share with you guys and gals, have fun.
