In the near future, I want to make polls y'all can vote on so that Team Ninja can have some insight on what we want to create the perfect DOA experience.

-Why are there 3 empty slots on the character select screen?
-Why did 6's story end without a resolution?
Surely more was planned for this game.
What is the only game in the Dead or Alive franchise that's still being supported by the developers? That's right, Xtreme Venus Vacation. Why is that? Because of MICROTRANSACTIONS. I've never spent a dime on DOAXVV, but it seems to me that a lot of people have been. There is no reason for KT to continue making new events and releasing new characters (Tina) if they were not making a lot of MONEY from the players purchasing V Stones. DOAXVV is a continuous stream of revenue.
If you want Team Ninja to continue updating and improving DOA6, and if you want Koei Tecmo to see that it is worth a second chance, I believe this is what we need to do as the small community we are:
1) Buy all the downloadable content. Buy all the season passes. Buy the deluxe edition of the game. This is the BEST way to get their attention.
2) Stream the game so it can constantly be in the public eye.
3) Don't share media showing off the fanservice (suggestive themes) parts of game on youtube, twitch, twitter, etc. For some reason, fanservice turns people off when they aren't even religious (facepalm).
Wear modest outfits and use a lot of male characters so that people can take the game seriously.
Make primarily male character combo videos and male high level gameplay. If you choose a female, don't turn people away by choosing a silly outfit.
4) Tell your fighting game friends how cool DOA is and why it stands out amongst every other fighting game. Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Injustice, Tekken, Guilty Gear, Killer Instinct, Blazblue, SkullGirls, The King of Fighters (KOF), Samurai Shodown, Dragon Ball Fighterz, Soulcalibur, Marvel vs Capcom, and all other fighting games made for mature audiences.
Are you apart of these other communities? Then SPEAK UP and ask people to at least try DOA6 Core Fighters (free to play). Train them if they are having a hard time learning and feel like giving up.
5) Hold local tournaments with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
6) Go to Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo's social media plaforms (facebook, instagram, twitter) and tell them every now and then that you want more DOA fighting games.

Translating your pleas to Japanese helps since that is their primary language. If you are a native Japanese speaker, EVEN BETTER.

Nioh 2 is cool. Ninja Gaiden is cool. Fatal Frame is cool. Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is cool. But what TN is known for is DOA. Whoever is in charge of giving projects the green-light needs to be reminded of this instead of leaving us hanging.
I know no one has 70-90 dollars lying around to spend on cosmetics, and I don't know why in the world KT expects to make sales from outrageously overpriced dlc. But if that's what it takes to make them want to pump out more DOA games/updates, so be it.
They are a business. Their top priority is MONEY. Put a dollar to your ear. You can hear it talk just like a seashell emits ocean sounds (that's a joke) LOL

Thing is, we don't even need a new game. The least Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo can do is keep improving DOA6. It is not at all a fun video game. But it has the potential to be if they just listen to the fans and give us more options to customize the gameplay mechanics to our liking.
Dead or Alive 6 is available on playstation, xbox, and pc steam. Free to play. You won't find another game with a more fun and fair core combat system.
