Street Fighter V: Battle System Trailer

I was never really a SF person, but seeing this, I might try it out.

The game's speed is compared to Super Turbo, according to Combofiend. Also, it has elements from 3rd Strike and Alpha.

Also, Ryu is the only character that can do parries. Not sure about anyone else.

1:33 parries confirmed. YES!! loving the artstyle as well, way better than 4 and what's this? an old Bison? that means that this game WILL take place after 3rd Strike. So much yes, Cyborg Charlie also reminds me of Shadow from MVC1.
