Rachel is OP, but is loosing to the majority of the cast so far XD

You can fuzzy guard all options after pp, ppp gets blocked, ppt gets ducked, ppk get ducked and pp4p gets blocked. so even then she has to delay them fully, which everything but ppp can be punished.

Give her more stun on 6k and 6pp6k and I'll be happy, gotta love fc 64T.

Just came out of a session of people complaining about Rachel, pointed out what you can do vs her and they seem to not be bothered by her much anymore.
