Unlikely for this current pass. We never know about next year tough. Maybe the first pack will be another fan designs pack but Im just guessing..
She just came out last month, clearly TN didnt have the time to make something for her. Besides, seeing how few costumes she already got as well as how few costumes the KOF crossover pack got, I get the feeling that TN was not allowed to make too much content for her.

Any word about Tina's costume properly unlocking when purchased individually? When I try to download it, it unlocks Lei's.

Not sure. I think the pass treats it as though individual costumes were purchased. Also, Raidou's costume isn't up for Xbox One pass holders either. Team Ninja really screwed this up.
And another thing, Alpha's costume is the most translucent and lightest color of her costumes. It looks pretty cool on Danger Zone, but it gives her an unfair advantage in Ends of the Earth, as the bloom lighting gets so intense that it can be hard to see her body and especially her arms. They'll probably have to darken it.
Edit: And now Leifang's costume was up for download at roughly 6:30 a.m. US Central Time, and it unlocked Tina's costume. Weird. Still waiting on Raidou.

That's the exact opposite of my problem. This means I'm not the only person who had issues with downloading a costume. Good to know this isnt an isolated thing. Hope they actually fix the problem.

Yeah If it happened I'd agree with Argentus' predictions. Even though Lisa and Zack have almost no connections in the story I wouldn't be that shocked if they picked those two for each other just because they're the only two black characters in the game, If they though I'd say If Kasumi doesn't take him Lisa should get Ryu since they had kind of a moment together for a while. ( who knows if they went far though )
That sounds like a good idea though since if its true that there is dlc planned for the next year or so I'm hoping its unique and not just collaborations, if its new original outfits either designed by TN or from the design contest I'll be happy.

It's a Kilt. I'll have you know, it's quite comfortable.
Same. All she's got is a colour swap and bunch of shitty costumes. They could give her some FF or KOF stuff. Casual clothing is actually welcome.

All old DOA5 and DOA5 Ultimate DLC you can't buy separately. You have to get it in bundles. All Last Round DLC is of course available separately.
