doesn't tyren forgot ps4 pro got two graphic mode, sure it's 4k ready

Is that supposed to be my name? XD
PS4 Pro has two modes, but they are essentially the same. One is 1080p/60fps, the other is 1080p/60fps with some frame drops but also with a couple nicer but minor graphical enhancements. It lacks a 4K resolution mode with uncapped framerate as the Xbox One X has it. That 4K/uncapped framerate mode will with the raw power of the Series X be 4K/60fps as DF showcased in the video.

Maybe they learned from their mistakes and will actually put effort into the fighting side of DOA at the festival this time if it does happen. I'm sure there were lots of complaints about the last festival. I really just need TN to learn from their mistakes. They have to address the issues at some point.

This is a big thing. Koei Tecmo has been mentioned here.

There's a bit of confliction this though:

1) On one hand, there might be proper use of budget with Microsoft as the helm maybe. Probably even better support and stronger PC support overall. I'd rather trust Microsoft to handle this partnership and maybe even development. Providing most games with actual care as I don't see any other options, most of these game studios are either too stubborn to try things, or corporate has too much of a handle on dealing with these games. Sometimes both at the same time which is just as worse.

2) On the other hand, multiplatform will be heavily restricted and can affect most games to be tied to limited platforms as it can affect sales since there is a lot of people with the motto of "why in the world do I have to buy another platform just to play a game / most of my friends are on X&Y platform" (a lot) which is a legitimate excuse because exclusivity has killed a lot of games, unless it's a AAA game with massive budget support to sell millions. It's a bit of a risk even if the intention was good in the long run, using competition as a stepping stool can be a hit or miss. To remain niche forever is just simply not a good thing if you want to truly expand and evolve in the end result, then again, doors will open to making a good game so who knows.

Personally i'd take a game with massive support while being on every platform over the two high-risk miracle reward factors, but this is also relying on heavy RNG and miracles to get that ball rolling due to how gaming business be looking these days, especially with the heavy push on mobile gaming. But if i was to be asked, I think DOA or TN themselves would be in better hands to anything that isn't KT really lol.

In the end, as long as most of the games are on PC with actual best support for it and actually well made, i'm neutral.

I concur with you here, DOA & Ninja Gaiden were basically at their best when they were Xbox exclusives. Microsoft's promotion and marketing also helped DOA3 sell around 1.5 million copies too. However, I would want them to appear on other platforms such as PC also.

Oh no without a doubt that's DOA3 for ya, but that only happened due to the fact that the OG Xbox was a more powerful hardware over the PS2 though, the amount of magazines and promotion, on top that you had a key developer who had an absolute terrible philosophy behind the Xbox for DOA /NG when it just came down to the fact that it was simply better hardware (at that time), I mean why else would you release an inferior version of DOA3 in terms of graphical output on the PS2 or any other DOA during that time lol. Only makes sense to keep it exclusive on the Xbox since it's the best one to get the best potential out of it and DOA series was pretty niche to begin with. If PS2 was actually up to par with Xbox in terms of output, people wouldn't exactly know if it'll be higher on game quality or simply sell better on the PS2 because of the amount of games that platform carried, or if not sell quite as more on both sides. PS2 had a mass library despite Xbox had better hardware, it was all hardware and it took him years to finally admit that.

Exclusivity was basically just a cover-up for a pipe measuring contest from Xbox's part during that time period, same with Square Enix and their FF games when it came to the OG Xbox on why they didn't want to work with it as much, complete opposite of each other, but if both console platforms are hardly any different at present modern time (with the exception of PC), there isn't any legitimate reason to keep it exclusive to a certain platform other than pipe measuring competition. At the end of the day, competitions on making certain games or series exclusives can wound games and has happened before because who's to say DOA3 wouldn't be even better or as you said "at their best" if it was multiplatform at that time if PS2 wasn't limited in specs. But because Microsoft has been more open to PC support like how it's suppose to be, that is quite positive over the other platforms so I see nothing wrong with that imo. I trust them far better than the things KT can come up with these days so i'm all in for it lol.

I definitely won't dismiss the amount it sold on Xbox though. That's pretty good still and their faith in it did work, so if we had to use that same procedure again, i'm up for it since the likelihood of success just seems better.

If Dead or alive 7 is only for the new x-box. Then I’m getting myself a Xbox. But then again, I might get both consoles.

I want to be positive along with you guys but are DOA and NG really that good that MS, or whoever's in charge, will allocate resources to promote or fund them? I just can't imagine a game like DOA being shown off as a major player along side the like of Halo or whatever is popular on the Xbox side.
