  • I noticed streamers like to use Solo cups. Why is that? Is it because when near electronics, to potentially mitigate the possibility of spilling the drink on anything or in general they're the best choice? Since regardless of the force you grab them, they mend accordingly. I bought some just for that reason too. They also keep drinks fairly cold/refreshing when ice is used.
"Oh, yeah, and this Sprite? Seventy-Five percent ice, so, you ain't doing shit but drinking water...Stack your bread, my nigga. You wastin' your money, go to Wendy's."
Was waiting on line at the Family Dollar and saw an employee push a lady. I'm like wtf but she had a knife I was told. Good thing I wasn't next to her tryna come inside because she'd be tasting rubber to pavement in one course.
I may lose followers over this but it needs to be said. I find it VERY disrespectful when people don’t stand for the national anthem. As soon as you hear “(I ain't got no motherfucking friends)That's why I fucked yo' bitch you fat motherfucker..." you need to be OUT of your seat!
Had 0 idea that the Frame Data in TK worked diff on hit,+10/above doesn't grant guarantees. Depends on animations. That feels so weird to me as a VF player. It just breaks down to, I'm plus and I'm not. This is useful more for on block plus frames but you get punishment training for free. It doesn't fulfill the same purpose to me.Chloe FC2 is +15 but you don't get a 15 launcher or 12F *4 to hit even though it reaches

ngl, even with frame data in T7, I don't use it. On block I just stick to jab punishes, launch punishes, WR punishes, and anything that doesn't fit those gets labbed

Same here. In VF it's needed more, as there's legit stuff that hit regardless of frames but at the same time, there's -15 crouch blocked moves that look like they're -17 aka launch punishable from crouch. There's different frame data basd on sidestep, sideblock etc. that is more complex than Tekken's that I see people using more lol

Indeed. Tekken is i10 punish, i13 punish and i15 launch punishes.
I realized, Tekken has too much knowledge baits for people that have any lick of experience ahead. Other games like VF and DoA have an engaging battle system where you deal with something once and boom, you know it already. In Tekken you can be wrong for tapping the wrong direction for a quick sec, forget mashing. You get hit for shit you SEE. Forget unseeables.Recovery for punishing is too fast.

That actually applies to all fighting games tbh

It's a little more intricate than that for Tekken. There's particular ways it treats a little fuzzy guard as you being committed even if you IMMEDIATELY go back up. Same with crouch blocks, there's jailing strings that can end high but you still get hit for CROUCHING. You have to always fully commit even if you see it a frame later. SC (Specifically 5/6),VF, you can fuzzy.
Tekken 7 S4 has weird ass slow-downs now which I'm assuming are synchronizations. Netcode is "better" because it lags up a storm to get it out its system. Like quite literally vomiting its lag away. SMH Entire rounds are on the moon.
If they ever remake; The Ten Commandments, Paul St. Peter has to portray God. For sure. Everything that man says is automatically legendary and invokes emotion. I literally cried listening to him doing the SC quotes
I hate trying to talk with people not fully invested in the FG culture. You know you're talking to someone like that when they think that if you're bad at one FG, you're bad in all of them, but mostly vice-versa. You beat someone in one game, they think you can play all.
I knew watching Kill La Kill during November was a bad idea. The chambers went empty let's just say.
People with the old v new debacle but if everyone were to play VF like I did with the old heads at 21 till now, would understand that we all humble with a dead game lol Play VF and you'll have old man syndrome automatically though. Also, with the VF guys, we had ST, CVS, 3S and KoF guys and I appreciate my time and wisdom I've attained thru them.
I just realized, are The Map, and Backpack from Dora The Explorer basically Gears? Dora for Guilty Gear Strive!

The Map gonna talk to the opponents to death!
Dudes out here arguing about what orange soda is best between, Sunkist, Fanta and Crush. I'm like, you're all buggin', and show em the Jarritos. Already going viral lol
Why are FGs so scared to have mix up now? Fuckin' Seth's VT2 does all that shit with the orb and it's not even an overhead, add Chun's Hazanshu to VT2 and it's not an overhead anymore. Hit Dieminion w/it a few times back in SF4.

in Marvel Infinite Monster Hunter has her jump heavy punch which is a jumping button that covers 40% of the screen in hitbox, I was so hype to start mixing fools with it only to discover that it could be blocked crouching! although I think it can only be blocked crouching if done on rising, on falling it counts as an overhead but still, such a tease!

I mean we all know the answer, it's to make thing less taxing for new comers, and I guarantee if DBZF's air moves like dive kicks and Dragon rush had to be blocked standing there would be alot less ppl playing DBZF, but as someone who's not a newcomer it's just weird to me, im the old man at the party trying to figure what these newfangled kids are into these days

That's facts. Moves should have a purpose other than just existing.
Is it natural for players to refuse to admit that their character is good? I think it comes from the fact that people know their characters' weaknesses the best because they play them.

Marie is a good character but you just have to work harder for her damage, same with Mai who had alot of her stuff toned down but shes still strong. People like to downplay their characters tho since they want to make it seem that winning with them requires alot of effort and skill when it doesn't really

Yeah, like I know the VF characters are strong. They're not unga though, there's a difference.

They're strong but they're not characters that can get you dubs just by mashing your face on the stick/controller, I too feel that Jacky was either high or most likely top tier in 5LR but since no one really played him in offline events, he usually placed lower on tier lists for most people. There's also a difference between a character being tournament viable and a character being strong online.
