    I haven't used my PS4 in weeks, the thing is taking longer and longer to boot up and now the controller's batteries died. I think its time to retire the thing :(

    I'd consider upgrading to a PS5 now that $ony announced a slim version but it's still too expensive and there still isn't any exclusives that I really want. I'll stick to my series S and game pass for now and just wait for a price drop for the PS5 slim in a few more years...

    The PS5 Digital slim price is a downright scam. Honestly the Series S is perfectly fine to hold you off until you decide to get a PS5. It's also one of the most SEGA things ever that VF5US is still only on PS4.

    Try to see if you can find a phat PS5, they were practically giving them away here in the UK, often saw the disc version almost as cheap as the digital for £380 RRP £480

    They might still be at a discount in your country too.

    For whatever reason, my game pass subscription didn't renew this month. I barely play any new games from the service so I may as well unsubscribe. I'll probably use the extra time and money into DOAXVV and try to get Tina...

    Gamepass is a great service...if you actually have the time to indulge in the massive library of games it offers, that was my problem when I tried it out, personally I'll stick to buying the few games I want to play rather than pay for a subscription that offers games I only kinda wanna to play

    My sister was so excited for Hogwarts legacy that she basically BEGGED me to go back home just so she can play the game on my Xbox :rolleyes:

    I've been vacationing in the US for the last 5 days and while I've been enjoying much of what I'm experiencing, I'm really annoyed at the aggressiveness of online ads; I think I've spent more time watching commercials than actually browsing online :mad:

    I don't hold it against anyone for allowing ads in their sites and videos but the fact that I can't skip the ads is REALLY annoying, at least I have adblock on my laptop.

    I should invest in that too but tbh it's kinda a double edge since I discovered Euphoria and alot of anime and games I wouldn't have without them xD

    I'm reading rumors that Sony's planning on a new subscription service similar to Xbox game pass with games from ps1 to even psp. It's unlikely but I'm hoping this means we could get the ps1 doa1 and doa2 hardcore on ps4 & 5...

    Project Spartacus right? As long as it's better than PS Now I'll give it a look (I do need a new PS2 to replay DOA2H). As for DOA5, just play DOA5LR on PS4/PS5. I really doubt that it'll top Game Pass because MS has deeper pockets than Sony to support that type of service. Sony exclusives Day One on Spartacus? Sounds very un-Sony-like.

    Halo infinite's story is trying REALLY HARD to undo the events of 5. It reminds me of how The Rise of Skywalker was clearly trying to retcon The Last Jedi.

    When I got a PS4, I used my Xbone and 360 less and less util I only bothered to use them only once a week for the sake of using them. With my series S, the BC DOA games and game pass, the same looks like will happen to my PS4...

    Today, I only bothered to use my PS4 for a quick playthru of DOA6 (the first time I used the PS4 since last week) then just spent the rest of my afternoon playing Halo infinite. I doubt I'll spend much time with this game once I finish but with 100+ games to choose from, I'm pretty much set for the next year...

    Now I'm also seriously considering getting DOA6 core fighters for the series S and just buying Tina and Rachel and their DLC's and I'll have no reason to use my PS4

    Pretty much what happened with me, except I'm still waiting for the DOA5LR sale that will never come, lol.... :/ plus, it sucks that a lot of DLC I got for PS, especially characters (Mai), I can never download for Xbox now.

    Got around to subscribing to game pass and queued up some games and the file sizes are annoyingly large. I'll barely fit 3 modern games. I'll probably just keep the doa series and the master chief collection but uninstall any other game I get from game pass as soon as i finish...

    It can but the thing is Microsoft is about their money and they're basically trying to make you drop over 500 or more dollars on something with bigger TBs for games xD that's why the cheaper consoles always have basically no space, they're trying to get you drop even more money xD

    It took a lot longer than I expected but I managed to complete collection mode in DOA2U and unlock all costumes in <1 day. I was surprised I unlocked the medal on first try but I was using Tina and use her in survival very often so it wasnt that hard to get 100 wins with her.

    I just realized Tina's birthday is this coming Monday, between my new xbox, my ps4, vita, and 3ds; I'm going to play every DOA game I have using only her that day. That's 8 games (!)

    Same. Or so I plan... I usually fail all my plans, lol. Gotta play DOA++ as well for that great Tina BGM. Also, donuts and seafood!

    If Tina gets added in DOAXVV (which is going to be months later, due to Koharu getting released), would you plan on playing that game and attempt to get paid V-Stones (which new characters get started with 2 outfits that only requires Paid V-Stones) or try events (free V-Stones) which Tina is featured? Just so you get to play 9 games that has Tina. Even DOA5 Infinite to reach 10 games.

    Manila will be going on lockdown for a month starting next week and my family is going to have to postpone our trip to New York to visit my sister studying NYU. Disappointing but its for the best. Hope my sister will be ok...
