Probably. I've mostly been messing around with Juri, which is probably not the best idea, but neither was Hayabusa and I eventually made that work. Kinda.
I don't do "back-forward" directions well, especially with the added "hold direction" element thrown in. Both of Guile's signature special moves use these in conjunction.
