    It shouldn't do what it does period. I've seen it all types of matches from scrubfests to high level players where low hold is being used beyond its scope. They lose it when their attack is whiffed, they lose it when their throw is whiffed. These are facts.

    Because low holds beat all highs and lows vs the other 3 holds only being able to beat what they're intended to.They also evade throws and recover faster than most. The other 3 have a lot more risk and a specific purpose vs low holds that have a lot more utility.

    Something that executes at 0 frames and recovers at 18 is something that you can do with impunity. Trust me players aren't predicting when they spam a low hold, it beats out too many offesnive options to do that. Your highs lose and will probably recover slower, your lows will lose because holds...

    You have to predict that your opponent will low hold, it's rarely ever used to punish it on or offline. Low holds would need more recovery frames for low throws to be a consistant punisher. How many more frames exactly? Because it isn't enough.

    Low holding already beats all highs, holds all low attacks, and all standing throws.It also recovers fast enough to beat out whiffed attacks. It does too much imo. I reccomend that a standing throw cause an unholdable stun for low holds.

    That would be Hayate from my experience. Online lets them do their unsafe shit over and over and you can't react to it properly so they end up being better than they are and easy as shit to use as a result.
