Although, I would have to agree that cloning Kasumi for the 3rd time gets overplayed and repetitive, the cloning level in this game isn't as acute as lets say... Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein back in Dreamcast.
Every character on the top part of the roster basically have counterparts...
Not really. Most entries actually happens to be a lot tamer and more conservative.
Take Helena for example. She has about 9 entries at the moment and all of them happens to be great on their own without flaunting much skin.
I don't think it's technically by the likes you received for your art at the moment. I'm thinking that TN would gather up all the entries by April 17 and people get to vote for their favorite costume design entry.
That said, votes might possibly mean equal to the likes you received... Ugh, I...
I got a wacom tablet app on my iPhone but I don't think I could make very intricate patterns there though (accursed jumbo fingers lol). Other than that, I am always a pencil and paper person.
I feared this day would come... But if likes =/= votes, there's still opportunity for traditional art submissions to have their entries get made (if it was well-received).
Even though I had submitted an Helena entry already, my hands couldn't help themselves when I'm near a pencil.
Straight up inspired from Madonna's Vogue music video with hints of Cruella DeVil and a little Bible reference.
While there maybe no assurance, I guess if we want everyone to get a costume, people should start designing more for those who currently have nothing at the moment. I have yet to see Bass, Zack, Gen Fu, Akira, Jacky, Leifang and Pai entries.
I found it posted in the comment section of this post:

I only came across with 2 from Lisa and 1 from Christie in FB.
Here's an (un)official compilation of all the entries sent from both Twitter and Facebook...
