Made a mistake here. 33K is -13 on block, not -3. I almost flipped. "Launcher that's -3 on block?! I'm in!" lol

Oh yeah, I remember this video. Really poor quality, but it showed me there was a looot more to FV than I originally thought. It is unsafe on block. It's just really hard to punish for some characters. I could be wrong. I haven't been playing FV for very long.
