Bass' fastest tracking mid is 15 frames startup. He has a 14 frame startup mid kick but it doesn't guarantee him anything but a string followup mix-up and is jab interruptable on block :(

It was added to 1.03. Before that, it was simple match and quick match only. So you can sit in practice mode and accept throwdowns while you practice.

No surprise there. At the very least the top 3 games get some bonus so it isn't a lost cause. Just need people with lots of fans (Master, Swoozie, etc.) to ask their fanbase to help pitch in and simply retweet.

Either Quick Match, Simple Match, or Rank Match will register as throw down challenges when you are playing a mode with Throwdowns enabled.

Just turn them on in Training mode, anyone trying to Quick Match will come up as a throw down. As for the fighter list, just while you're in a lobby, add the guy you're about to fight in your fighter list.

No, though there are players at the event who can modify your arcade stick to work with any system for ~$100 I believe. After that it can work with any system, and you have an additional options for other mods such as allowign for it to work on the NES/SNES/GEN/DC/PS1/PS2/XB/etc.

I've attempted to see how many inputs are necessary but could not get consistent results. In 2, 3, and 4 you also had the invisible stagger escape meter. The more you se'd the less inputs you have to do.
