I was on my phone earlier. If you look at the v1.03 patch notes on Team NINJA's website they have increased standing to crouching to 3 frames I believe. If you are ducking a high attack/throw then it basically falls to 1 frame in that specific situation. Previously, it was 5 frames to go from...
