    Yes, it's deep stuns, or at least the stuns that have the new screen shake effect. It happens in any mode controlled by a human player. That includes going into sparring and record/playback the air to stun the player.

    Seems to be any deep stuns but again limited testing on it. It's not auto-pilot staggering, it's just that max stagger escape shaves off 1 or 3 frames from the total stun instead of what it used to be 10-15. This isn't every stun, but it seems like the deep ones are the ones affected...

    Although all Throws are supposed to track, throws/OHs may or may not track. As for the limbo stun, it's possible it was set to only occur on standing opponents and not crouching. Hits to a crouched opponent can be different than hits to a standing one.

    Not sure I understand even half of that, but keep in mind that back turned stuns leave the opponent front turned at the final frames so if you're hitting them on those last few frames then you're scoring a FT hit. Which means they could technically hold the attack but most likely are not going to.
